In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News, Sio shares 5 rules in life that helped him climb up the leadership ladder in the country's biggest mall, banking and real estate empire.

- "First rule, I should accept that you and I are different persons. Therefore I should not expect you to behave the way I want you to behave. At the same time, if you accept that, then you can go anywhere, meet anybody without any problems."
