The president of the Israel Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCP) said there are a lot of opportunities for Israeli and Philippine firms to collaborate in areas such as medical technology, agriculture, and even military defense.

ICCP president Itamar Gero also noted during an interview with ANC's Early Edition that 90 percent of small and medium enterprises in the Philippines still don't have sufficient online presence.

Gero recommends that SMEs to go digital as soon as possible as the lack of online presence will hurt their chances of competing with regional and even global players.
