Flag carrier Philippine Airlines has advised passengers of outgoing international flights to be at the airport five hours ahead of departure in anticipation of the lines.

The additional immigration officers will be redeployed to NAIA from the bureau's main office, said Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Ed Monreal.
