The restaurant operator said it signed a development agreement with Vietnam's Blue Star Food Corp. to open at least 12 Yellow Cab stores in the Southeast Asian nation within five years.

"This reaffirms the global mainstream appeal of some of our brands. As we prepare to launch Yellow Cab Pizza, we will constantly seek opportunities to broaden our reach within the region," Max's Group president Robert Trota said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
