Self-confessed drug lord Kerwin Espinosa is leading the mayoral race in Albuera, Leyte.

Based on the partial and unofficial results as of 11:24 p.m., Espinosa got 14,469 votes, followed by Vince Rama with 9,433 votes and Sixto Dela Victoria with 3,589 votes.

For vice mayor, RR Espinosa is leading the race with 13,994 votes, followed by Manic Barte with 8,718 votes and Liza Dela Victoria with 4,148 votes.
