State prosecutors tasked to re-open a probe into rogue police personnel allegedly involved in the recycling of illegal drugs are given 30 days to resolve the case. Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra made that order as he assembled the special panel composed of 3 state prosecutors, Monday. Justice Undersecretary Markk Perete says the re-investigation will work on gathering more evidence. He adds that former senior police official Benjamin Magalong's testimony and leads will be crucial.
