Hours before President Rodrigo Duterte's announcement to suspend all gaming operations of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Sen. Christopher Go said PCSO General Manager Royina Garma had sought the President's help to curb alleged corruption within the agency. In a press briefing on Wednesday, Garma details her conversation with the President.
