A man who introduced himself as "Bikoy", a hooded figure who linked President Rodrigo Duterte's family to the narcotics trade in several viral videos, needs to undergo vetting before he could get free legal aid, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines said Tuesday. In a press conference at the IBP, a certain Peter Joemel Advincula on Monday introduced himself as Bikoy, who claimed drug money was funneled into the bank accounts of Duterte's son former Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, his son-in-law Atty.
