Isko Moreno, one of 3 candidates for mayor in the capital, said Monday that his former ally, incumbent Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, offered him no explanation when he severed their contact 3 years ago.

The rift between the duo came after the 2016 elections, where Moreno ran for senator instead of mayor to give way to Estrada's reelection bid, he said.
