It’s been ten years and counting for celebrity couple John Prats and Isabel Oli.  

As they celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, the two exchanged messages filled with love through their respective Instagram posts in the early hours of May 16 to welcome their special day.  

In her Instagram post, Isabel expressed her amazement at the growth of their relationship which evolved from being childhood friends to being lifetime partners.  

“Wow, 10 years married to my childhood crush and best friend,” she opened her lengthy and heartfelt message. 

She continued: “It’s been such a wild, beautiful ride filled with love, laughter, binge-watching documentaries or crime investigation shows, and spontaneous joyrides just for the fun of it. Who knew random night rides could be so much fun?” 

Moreover, Isabel described the feeling of reaching another milestone in their relationship.

“They say time flies when you’re with the right person, and honestly, it feels like we blinked and suddenly we’re celebrating a whole decade,” she said.  

The actress also expressed her gratitude to the divine creator, attesting that prayer really works.  

“I’m so grateful to God for blessing me with him,” she expressed. “Proof that prayers really do get answered, sometimes with midnight snacks, Netflix marathons, and joyrides under the stars."

Isabel concluded her post with a heartwarming message: “Here’s to many more years of love, laughter, crazy adventures, and making more unforgettable memories together… by God’s grace. Love you Hubbah.” 

Meanwhile, John also honored his wife with a brief yet meaningful message in a separate Instagram post, emphasizing that marrying Isabel was the “best decision” he ever made.  

“Grabe!! Happy 10th year wedding anniversary my wifey @isabeloliprats! Bilis ng panahon! Hindi na ako makahintay na pakasalan ka ulit. Pinakatamang desisyon ko sa buong buhay ko na ikaw ang pinakasalan ko. Cheers to forever my cuffycake! I Love you po,” he captioned his post.  

John and Isabel tied the knot in 2015. They have been gifted with three children namely Lilly Feather, Daniel Freedom, and Lilla Forest.

In 2024, John looked back on his wedding proposal back 2014 that went viral after he pulled off surprise flash mob in front of a crowd at Eastwood Mall.

“10 years ago today, I got down on one knee and asked the love of my life to spend forever with me. I still remember that moment like it was yesterday, the butterflies in my stomach, the way my heart raced, and the overwhelming joy when you said ‘yes,'” he recalled.
