Sa pagdinig ng Senado, nagturuan ang Department of Energy at National Grid Corporation of the Philippines kung sino ang dapat sisihin sa power interruption sa Luzon na bumulaga sa mga residente lalo't karamihan ng tao ay nagtatrabaho o nag-aaral sa bahay.
