Rosario Sofia "Charie" Villa, the sister of the late Energy Regulatory Commission Director Francisco Villa, said her brother took his job at the ERC seriously and considered his colleagues as family.

Villa said she appeared at the House inquiry into corruption allegations in the agency to reveal the truth about her brother's difficulties about his job.
