Raymundo Bersalona, a taxi driver for 15 years, is sharing his blessings by offering free rides to passengers. He says it's a yearly tradition for him.

One of Bersalona's passengers, Dee BA Abbara, posted her experience on Facebook. She said she hailed the cab to bring her to a terminal. In the taxi, Bersalona told her she won't be charged for the trip.

Bersalona said giving free rides is his way of giving back to the community.

"I do this for the glory of God, sa ating Panginoon. Binabalik ko lang yung blessing na pinagkakaloob Niya sa akin, na dapat lang bawa't isang tao, kung biniyayaan ka ng pagpapala syempre kung meron kang puso na mapagbigay, bigay mo rin para tuloy-tuloy yung biyaya ng Diyos para sa'yo," the 55-year-old cab driver said.

Bersalona lives in a small house in Purok 1, Asin Road, Baguio City with his wife and son. Two of his children are now working abroad.
