MANILA – The win-loss record of the Akari Chargers in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference has yet to be tainted.

From a clean 8-0 sweep of the preliminaries, up until the knockout playoffs, the Taka Minowa-coached squad sustained their form towards their first-ever PVL Finals, their last game being the dramatic semifinal round against PLDT, 25-22, 18-25, 22-25, 26-24, 17-15, on Saturday at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

"Ang iniisip lang po namin is magtrabaho lang kami at gawin kung ano ‘yung nasa plan at nasa sistema. Wala na kaming ibang iisipin pa. Ibigay man po sa’min ni Lord na manalo kami ngayong season, bonus na po ‘yun. Ang importante, nag-all-out po kami ngayong season," Lacsina said.

Lacsina has propelled herself to Most Valuable Player (MVP) talks following a standout performance all conference long, contributing a total of 128 points on 113 attacks, 14 blocks, and an ace.
