However, Uber has announced plans to bring the cruises back from July 28 to August 3, during the first full week of Olympic competition.

Those cruises are not yet on offer, but they will be open to the public to book starting the week of July 22. Dates beyond August 3 are also under consideration but have not yet been confirmed.

Anyone who wants to book an Uber Cruise needs only to launch the Uber App and select the ‘Cruise’ option. From there, they can select the time that best suits them and book as they would any other ride share.

Slots are limited and are expected to go fast once they are back on offer. Anyone lucky enough to book a ride can bring up to 11 guests as there is room on the boat for 12 passengers.
