MANILA — After only tallying two wins in NCAA Season 99 following their three-peat, Colegio de San Juan de Letran is looking to regain its place at the top of the NCAA.
The Muralla-based squad is starting to retool their roster after a 2-16 record last year, as they have secured the commitments of Ryle Rosillo, Mark Omega, Emman Galman, and Drex Delos Reyes, sources told ABS-CBN News.
Rosillo, who is fresh from his Season 99 Finals stint with Mapua University, will be staying in Intramuros but is now set to don Letran’s Blue and Red.
The 5-foot-8 guard stood out during the Cardinals’ championship run against San Beda University, averaging 10 points and 4.7 rebounds after three games.

Meanwhile, it will be a homecoming for the pair of bruisers in Omega and Delos Reyes.
Standing at 6-foot-5, Omega, who was a former Letran Squire, played for University of Perpetual Help System DALTA for two seasons. Last year, he normed 6.6 markers, 8.2 boards, and 1.4 dimes during the Altas’ fifth-place finish.
On the other hand, National University’s 6-foot-8 center is also set to return to Letran after having spent a season with Jeff Napa’s crew.
Delos Reyes appeared in nine contests for the Bulldogs but only saw action in a combined 25:29 minutes for the whole of Season 86.
Finally, Galman, who previously suited up for De La Salle University is transferring to Letran after serving a year of residency with College of St. Benilde.
The 6-foot-3 wingman sat out the entirety of Season 99 as he was supposed to play for Charles Tiu with the Blazers.
The quarter is expected to be joined by more transferees in the coming days, the sources added, and they will try to aid the core of Kobe Monje, Deo Cuajao, Kevin Santos, Rafael Go, and the rest of the remaining Knights starting Season 101.
