MANILA—The Philippines' Southeast Asian Games representatives in esports dominated other international teams in a test event held at the FilOil Flying V Center on Monday. ‬

‪Top-tier Tekken player Andreij “Doujin” Albar took home the first gold medal for the test event after besting Indonesia’s MEAT in the final round.

The country’s Dota team clobbered the Malaysian team, with a 2-0 sweep in the finals.

Sibol’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang team hammered crowd favorites Indonesia in a sweep to claim the third gold medal for the Philippines in the test event.—Report from Angela Coloma, ABS-CBN News
