Up-and-coming Filipino featherweight fighter Mark "Magnifico" Magsayo put on a show in his United States debut as he thoroughly dominated Mexican opponent Yardley Suarez in Pinoy Pride 33 in Carson, California.

The 20-year-old Magsayo showed no signs of nerves as he overwhelmed the taller Suarez with his activity and punching power. A huge flurry of punches from Magsayo sent Suarez to the canvas at the 1:25 mark of the opening round.

Suarez managed to stand up, but Magsayo quickly went back to work, pinning the Mexican to the ropes and teeing off with a series of body and head shots that prompted the referee to stop the fight after just two minutes.

Magsayo remains unbeaten with a 12-0 record while also handing Suarez the first loss of his professional career.
