Higit 10 minuto ang oras na ginugugol sa pagsasaing ng bigas. Sa loob ng oras na ito, maaari nang mag-ehersisyo at malaki na ang maitutulong nito para maging fit at toned ang katawan.

Habang nagsasaing, maaaring sundan ang 'rice cooker workout'. Hindi na kailangang lumabas ng bahay para gawin ito at walang kagamitan na kailangan.

Limang ehersisyo lamang ang kailangan gawin at malaki ang epekto nito sa legs, lower body, chest, arms, abs, at glutes.

- Leg Kicks
- Knee Raises
- Squats

Maaaring gawin nang hanggang tatlong beses ang bawat ehersisyo na may tig-15 bilang.

Payong kalusugan naman para sa buong pamilya, mainam na subukan ang brown rice imbes na white rice dahil mayaman ito sa fiber, bitamina, at iba pang mineral na kailangan ng katawan.
