MANILA, Philippines – The Jose Rizal University (JRU) Light Bombers stunned the top-seeded Lyceum of the Philippines Junior Pirates, 77-55, to bag the crown in the 2018 SMART City Hoops 19-Under Summer Classic on Saturday at the Greenhills West Indoor Court.
