Kai Sotto recently participated in a pre-draft workout with the Orlando Magic to boost his bid to become the first homegrown Filipino to play in the NBA.

Sotto, who averaged 7.5 points and 4.5 rebounds on 50% shooting from the field with the Adelaide 36ers in Australia's National Basketball League, posted an Instagram story of himself inside the Magic locker room as he worked to impress teams ahead of the 2022 NBA Draft.

The 7-foot-3 Pinoy prospect has recently declared himself for the NBA draft and was reportedly set for at least 12 workouts with NBA teams.

His workout with the Magic apparently was his second with an NBA team after the New York Knicks.

Sports Illustrated projected Sotto to be picked 49th overall by the Sacramento Kings in the upcoming 2022 NBA Draft.
