MANILA - Former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Dorian Alan Peña underwent inquest proceedings at the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday following his arrest in a buy-bust operation in Mandaluyong City.

Peña faces charges for violations of Republic Act (RA) No. 9165, specifically for use of dangerous drugs and visiting a drug den.

The buy-bust operation took place in Merryland Village, Mandaluyong City, and yielded two plastic sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride (“shabu”) and several drug paraphernalia.
