MANILA, Philippines – Former national team coach Chot Reyes on Sunday denied that he has returned to his old PBA team, the TNT KaTropa.

It had been reported that Reyes will serve as an advisor for the KaTropa for the upcoming season of the PBA.

However, Reyes posted on Twitter that he is "not part of TNT in any official capacity."

"I was asked to facilitate a team session in their training camp last week, just as I have been doing with other companies and even teams in the NCAA, MPBL, etc.," he explained.

Reyes has won eight titles as a PBA coach, four with TNT. He left the franchise in 2012 to focus on his duties with the national team.
