Two low pressure areas being monitored by weather bureau PAGASA are now outside the Philippine area of responsibility but may reenter PAR by Thursday, a weather forecaster said.

PAGASA said the first LPA was located east northeast of Luzon’s northern tip while the second was east of Eastern Visayas.

The weather bureau said the southwest monsoon will continue to affect Luzon, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to habagat.
