MANILA – Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia has tendered her resignation as member of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP).

In her letter, Garcia noted that Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, another PDP member, had filed a complaint against her before the Office of the President in relation to her stance against the building of a Bus Rapid Transit station in front of the Cebu Provincial Capitol.
