MANILA - The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is eyeing Russia as an alternative destination for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) amid a decline in Middle East's job requirements due to falling oil prices.

Russia has a huge demand for professionals, house helpers and construction workers, Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello said.
