All certificates of canvas have been transmitted to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in the Philippines, the Philippine embassy in the US said early Wednesday morning.

The embassy added that out of the 228,470 registered voters in the US, only 39,511 actually voted, making a 17.29% voter turnout for the 2019 midterm elections.
