Groups protest against anti-terror bill

Various groups picket against the Anti-Terror Bill in UP Diliman, Quezon City on Thursday amid the imposition of general community quarantine in the entire Metro Manila that prohibits mass gatherings to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. President Rodrigo Duterte will run a “final review” on the bill after it was passed on third and final reading in the House of Representatives.
