Guo, who is suspected of having ties with illegal gaming operations and faking her citizenship, was arrested in Tangerang City, in the province of Banten last Tuesday.

The ex-mayor, who was dismissed by the Ombudsman for grave misconduct, has been in hiding after being linked to an illegal POGO operation in her municipality.

She earlier denied any wrongdoing.
