"Nag-usap kami ng jail kung saan nagkaroon ng Memorandum of Understanding na tutulong ang Bureau of Jail sa lahat po ng ng agrarian beneficiraries, 'yung agrarian reform beneficiries, at nagpirmahan po ito," Abalos said in his speech in Paniqui, Tarlac.

According to BJMP's Annual Accomplishment Report for 2021 — the latest posted on the bureau's website — the country's jails had a population of 125,347 PDLs that year.
