Traces of oil near the Manila Bay's coastline in Roxas Blvd. is seen on Thursday, days after the MTKR Terranova capsized and spilled fuel oil off Limay, Bataan affecting nearby areas. The Philippine Coast Guard earlier in the day said oil siphoning for the tanker will be delayed by two weeks as salvors reinforce the vessel's valves to ensure oil does not leak during the operation
