Suspended Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo may possibly have an escape plan, according to Senator Sherwin Gatchalian.

Gatchalian said this is a theory he came up with despite reports from the Bureau of Immigration (BI) that Guo or Guo Hua Ping has not left the country.

Guo Hua Ping is supposedly the real name of Guo.

 “Si Guo Hua Ping, aka Alice Go, matalinong tao siya. Hindi naman siya ordinaryong tao. Marunong rin siya. Kaya, theory ko nga, hawak-hawak niya pa yung kanyang Chinese passport as insurance. Kung kailangan niyang umalis, at least pwede siyang bumalik doon na walang problema dahil Chinese citizen naman siya in the first place,” Gatchalian said on Thursday.

(Guo Hua Ping, aka Alice Guo is smart. She is not an ordinary person. That’s why my theory is she is holding her Chinese passport as insurance. If she needs to leave, at least she can go back (to China) without a hitch because she is a Chinese citizen in the first place.)

 Gatchalian advised Guo to just surrender.

 “Mahihirapan siya magtago ng matagal dahil hindi siya makakalabas ng bahay niya. At alam ng buong bayan kung ano ‘yung itsura niya,” he remarked.

(She will have a hard time hiding because she won’t be able to come out of her house. And the entire country knows what she looks like.)

 DEATH THREATS

 Gatchalian said he is leaving it to the Philippine National Police to investigate the video that allegedly bared threats to his and Senator Risa Hontiveros’ life.

 He has beefed up his security and is taking precautionary measures, but clarified that the performance of his job is not affected.

 He has also warned his family and told them to take extra care.
