MANILA — Two Tulfos and former President Rodrigo Duterte are in the winning circle of the June 17-24, 2024 Pulse Asia Survey on 2025 Elections Senatorial Preferences.

Fifty-eight percent of survey respondents picked broadcaster turned ACT CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo, putting him in first place, with former Senate President Vicente Sotto III in second place with 50.4 percent.

They are followed by Senator Pia Cayetano with 42.7 percent.

Tulfo's brother, Ben Tulfo, scored 40.9 percent.

Former President Rodrigo Duterte scored 38.7 percent with close aide Senator Christopher “Bong” Go at 36.6 percent. Senator Imee Marcos scored 33.8 percent, former senator Manny Pacquiao 33.5 percent, former senator Panfilo Lacson 32.2 percent, former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno 31.7 percent, and Senator Ronald dela Rosa 31.3 percent.

Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla with 29.9 percent closes the winning circle.

Just outside the poll's Magic 12 are former congresswoman Vilma Santos Recto, Senator Lito Lapid, former Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Makati Mayor Abby Binay, broadcaster Ted Failon, and former Senator Gregorio Honasan.

Duterte recently denied a pronouncement by his daughter Vice President Sara Duterte that the former leader and his 2 sons, Rep. Paolo Duterte and Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte will run for the Senate.

The younger Dutertes were part of the survey. Sebastian Duterte had 14.9 percent with rank 20-28 while Paulo Duterte had 13.8 percent with rank 21-30.

A third Tulfo, Raffy, also a broadcaster, is already a Senator who will serve until 2028.
