MANILA — Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa on Thursday said he wants to personally congratulate former Sen. Leila de Lima for winning the drug cases filed against her by the previous administration.

"Masaya nga, kung makaharap ko siya I would like to congratulate her for her freedom... Wala akong bad blood against Senator De Lima," Dela Rosa said.
