MANILA — The Department of Justice has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order for suspended Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo, former Technology and Resource Center director general Dennis Cunanan and 12 others, according to Undersecretary Margarita Gutierrez.

Guo, Cunanan and the other respondents are facing qualified human trafficking complaints filed by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission and the Philippine National Police before the DOJ following the raid in the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations hub in Bamban.
