MANILA — Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Acting Chairman Romando “Don” Artes is offering a P10,000 reward for information on a motorcycle rider who pretended to be a traffic constable and reportedly tried to extort money from a motorist.
Atty. Artes said in a press conference on Tuesday that a video has been circulating on social media of a man asking money from a motorist whom he had flagged down for a supposed traffic violation.

Artes said he was offering a reward of P10,000 for information that will help the MMDA identify the man pretending to be an MMDA enforcer and bring him to court.
The MMDA has posted on their official Facebook page the picture of the said rider wearing a black jacket or raincoat and a helmet, with his face clearly visible.
Artes believes the rider will soon be identified with the help of the public.
