Family members become emotional as they emerge from the facilities of the International Cargo Transport Pair Pags Center in Pasay City on Monday, where the remains of three overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who perished in a residential building fire in Kuwait were repatriated. Three died while 2 others are in critical condition in the hospital. Fifty people died in the fire in a six-storey building that housed 200 foreign workers south of Kuwait City.
