On its Facebook page, the local government said portions of Elliptical Road from North Avenue to Quezon Avenue were closed from Maundy Thursday to early Easter Sunday to give way to the construction of the “elevated landscape promenade.”

The QC partnered with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the project, which is meant to make it easier for visitors to cross from the memorial circle to the wildlife park and back.
