Anti-electoral fraud advocates, led by Kontra Daya, held a protest outside the Commission on Election headquarters in Manila on February 19, 2024. The group urged Comelec to resolve allegations of electoral fraud during the 2022 national election and proceed with a recount, as proposed by former Department of Information and Communication Secretary Eliseo Rio. The groups also expressed opposition to what they call a fraudulent People’s Initiative, which targets amending the constitution.
