Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN NewsMANILA (UPDATED) — Classes in all levels and work in government offices in Luzon are suspended on Wednesday, October 23, due to the inclement weather brought by tropical storm Kristine, Malacañang announced Tuesday night.

According to the post by the Office of the Executive Secretary, suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
