The Commission on Elections has delisted and cancelled the registration of 42 party list groups for either failing to participate in the last two preceding elections or failing to obtain at least two percent of the votes cast for the party-list system and failng to obtain a seat in the second round of seat allocation for the party-list system in the last two preceding elections.

The number is broken down to 11 party list groups that the Comelec said failed to participate in the last two preceding elections—

2. ABYAN ILONGGO         Abyan Ilonggo (AI)
