The traffic scheme will be implemented from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The new rule will cover all private vehicles, trucks, and motorcycles passing through Aguinaldo highway, Governor's Drive, Molino-Salawag-Paliparan Road, Molino Boulevard, and Daang Hari Road.

But public utility vehicles, emergency vehicles, government vehicles, school buses, and vehicles delivering perishable goods will be exempted from the ordinance.

Violators will be handed a P300 fine, the provincial government said.
