MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte is set to fly to Singapore next week to meet regional and world leaders in the city-state, a foreign affairs official said Friday.

Duterte will attend the 33rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit from November 13 to 15 along with other Southeast Asian leaders, Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary for ASEAN Affairs Juniver Mahilum-West told reporters.
