MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he is scouting for a new spokesman who will replace Salvador Panelo.

Panelo, concurrently Duterte’s chief legal counsel, replaced Harry Roque who effectively resigned after filing his certificate of candidacy for senator.
