MANILA (UPDATE) - Cracked roads and damaged structures were seen in several areas in Mindanao Thursday, after a third major quake jolted southern Philippines in a span of two weeks.

Thursday's 6.5 magnitude quake, which struck off Tulunan town, Cotabato, was connected to Tuesday's magnitude 6.6 temblor and a magnitude 6.3 tremor last Oct. 16, authorities said.

The series of powerful ground shaking has left several dead and dozens injured, and toppled several establishments in at least 3 cities.

Here are some images showing the devastation that has crippled commercial activity in several areas in Mindanao.
