President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday reorganized the Office of the Cabinet Secretary (OCS) and transferred some offices under its supervision to other departments. File/Dondi Tawatao, Reuters

MANILA—President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday reorganized the Office of the Cabinet Secretary (OCS) and transferred some agencies under its supervision to other departments.

Under Executive Order 67, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority and the Cooperative Development Authority were moved to the Department of Trade and Industry.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), meanwhile, will supervise the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, the Philippine Commission on Women, and the National Youth Commission.

The National Anti-Poverty Commission, the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, and the Presidential Commission on Urban Poor were transferred under the the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

The Executive Secretary will handle the Strategic Action and Response Office, composed of the Presidential Complaint Center, the Public Concerns Office, the Quick Response Center and the 8888 Citizens Complaint Center.

The Cabinet Secretary will serve as head secretariat of the Cabinet cluster.

The EO, meanwhile, abolished the Office of the Participatory Governance and Performance and Projects Management Office as their functions will be absorbed by the DILG and the Presidential Management Staff, respectively. --Report from Joyce Balancio, ABS-CBN News
