MANILA—The LRT-2 will resume free morning rides for students on Monday after a delay in operations on Thursday forced the transit company to suspend the rides.

Students will not be charged for taking the train from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m., and between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
