MANILA - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday announced that 52 out of 129 passed the Naval Architect and Marine Engineer Licensure Examination given earlier this month.

Joseph Vincent Yntig Satura of the University of Cebu topped the exam with a rating of 92.2 percent.
