BAGUIO -- Another suspect was identified in the hazing death of Philippine Military Academy cadet Darwin Dormitorio, bringing the total to 7, police said Sunday.
Police earlier presented an improvised stun gun that was allegedly used to electrocute the freshman cadet, who died with bruising on his stomach consistent with hazing.
Dormitorio's family said they would file charges before the Baguio court against those responsible for his death.
Police said it would file criminal charges against the cadets for their direct participation in Dormitorio's hazing.
