Abraham Mitra and 11 others in connection with the fertilizer fund scam.The Ombudsman said Mitra conspired with Palawan regional officers and non-governmental organization Gabay Masa Dev't Foundation Inc. in the anomalous release of funds.Mitra allegedly selected Gabay Masa to implement a P3 million fertilizer fund project despite lack of qualification.Mitra is now chairman of the Games and Amusements Board (GAB), an office under the Office of the President.
